The Ammanford Neighbourhood Policing and Prevention Team (NPPT) confirmed that a range of anti-social behaviour (ASB) incidents had been reported across the area and that it had identified such behaviour as a local concern.
"We will look to reduce anti-social behaviour within our communities by being visible at known locations and working with partner agencies to deter such behaviour."
Officers have warned that enforcement action will be taken against individuals involved in anti-social behaviour.
Road safety has also been listed as a major concern, with particular focus on speeding and anti-social driving.
Residents are encouraged to report anti-social behaviour, dangerous driving, or concerns about e-scooters and scrambler bikes through the Dyfed-Powys Police website, by calling 101, or dialling 999 in an emergency.
