Encouraging openness within families, the Bishop urged young people to speak out whenever they encounter difficulties, assuring them that the Church is ready to accompany them through life's struggles.
Bishop Oseso expressed concern over the realities affecting many young people, including unemployment, emotional stress, substance abuse and the pressures of the digital age.
He said these challenges demand greater commitment from parents, educators and the Church in providing sound moral and spiritual formation.
He also cautioned against the misuse of digital technology, noting that while the internet offers many opportunities, it must be used responsibly.
The Catholic Bishop urged the youths to focus more on creating human relations rather than using the new media excessively.
