— Law enforcement across eastern South Dakota continue to search this week for a suspect involved in a kidnapping investigation, with police confirming all three children were found safely. The investigation began Saturday, Aug. 1, when the Flandreau Santee Sioux Tribal Police Department was informed of a possible parental kidnapping involving three children on the Flandreau Indian Reservation. Authorities say Curry fled into an unknown apartment, and that the children were not found at the scene. As the search for the children continued, tribal police said that on Sunday, law enforcement located the missing children at a Sioux Falls apartment, affirming that the children were found safe. He said anyone with information regarding Curry’s whereabouts is asked to contact local law enforcement or the Flandreau Santee Sioux Tribal Police Department.
