As summer crests, the churn has picked up in the local restaurant scene. Otto Eats, the Charlottesville-based fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant, has opened in Manchester. The breakfast, lunch and dinner spot is serving, “American comfort foods with a little bit of a Vietnamese flair.” Bangkok Boy has taken over 118 S. Belvidere St., the space near VCU that had previously been Nisa Thai Asian Cuisine. Justin Stanley and David Panilla took over the restaurant in the spring.
