As summer crests, the churn has picked up in the local restaurant scene.
Otto Eats, the Charlottesville-based fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant, has opened in Manchester.

Bangkok Boy has taken over 118 S. Belvidere St., the space near VCU that had previously been Nisa Thai Asian Cuisine.
