A.P Bakery harnessed Sydney’s love of artisan bread and pastries, and turned it into an obsession. There’s a core range that runs across every A.P outpost, but some locations have their own specialty too. A.P Supply serves a puff of craquelin choux pastry, piped to order with fresh matcha and white chocolate cream. Up on the rooftop of Paramount House, A.P House serves a full baker’s breakfast laden with ham, eggs and a hunk of baguette. Over at Bread & Wine, the focus is on pasta and sandwiches.
