Winchester Ukrainian Cultural Association was founded in September 2023 and is a non-profit community group that aims to support and give voice to local Ukrainians, with the help of Winchester City Council and Community First. WUCA’s celebration of Ukraine Independence Day is free to attend and includes Ukrainian live music, a charity raffle, and photo opportunities in traditional Ukrainian clothes.
