A Wem estate agency has moved into new premises in the town to accommodate growth of the business. Callum Welch & Tom Welch, Welch Estate AgentsWelch Estate Agents, owned by brothers Callum and Tom Welch, was launched in early 2024 from an office in Maypole Court and has now relocated into larger premises in Talbot House, close to Wem car park. Callum, who lives in Wem, acquired the agency from previous owner John Stokes and quickly established the business supporting North Shropshire residents with home sales, lettings and property management. - Advertisement -Before opening the agency, Callum gained a degree in Real Estate Management from Liverpool John Moores University where he also achieved accreditation to the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
