Although he lost a split decision to Raulian Paiva, he earned a UFC contract in 2021. During his UFC career, Nascimento secured victories over Cody Durden, Jafel Filho, Carlos Hernandez and Jake Hadley, while suffering defeats to Tagir Ulanbekov and Mitch Raposo.
