Vaude appointed Julian Uhlhaas as marketing manager, effective August 1. He succeeds Manfred Meindl, who recently joined Ortovox as director of marketing and digital D2C. Uhlhaas brings approximately 15 years of experience in brand management and communication. As general manager at Serviceplan Group, he was “responsible for the communications of leading brands, most recently managing international campaigns in 24 markets.” Vaude said Meindl had a “significant impact on our brand and marketing for many years.
