Woman told by court to pay more than £1,300 for her crime

Lisa Beale, of Etnam Street in Leominster, was found guilty in her absence at Hereford Magistrates’ Court on June 18.
The 36-year-old was charged after she was suspected of being in charge of a vehicle and was required to provide a specimen of blood for a laboratory test.
Beale failed to provide the sample in Leominster on November 12, 2025 and was prosecuted.

The court found that Beale did not have a reasonable excuse for failing to provide the requested blood specimen.
