Herefordshire Council was asked in a Freedom of Information request to list all the services that will use the new transport interchange in front of the city’s railway station. More locally within Hereford, it will also serve:The B circular service to Holmer and Bobblestock;The D service to Bobblestock via Whitecross;The Z Hereford City Zipper. Operators have recently expressed concerns that buses will have to reverse away from stands at the new station. But the council says this format has been successfully used elsewhere and does not pose a safety threat to passengers. The council intends that once the new Hub opens, vacated spaces at the nearby Country Bus Station can make room for a new multi-storey car park, though little detail has yet emerged on this plan.
