Wirral man disqualified and fined for driving without due care and attention

Michael Donegan, 38, appeared at Wirral Magistrates Court for trial on Friday, July 31 but entered a guilty plea to an offence of driving a mechanically propelled vehicle on a road / in a public place without due care and attention.
Magistrates heard that Donegan, of Millhouse Lane, Moreton drove a brown Peugeot Partner Tepee on Saughall Massie Road without due care and attention on December 20 2025.
He was disqualified from driving for six months, received six penalty points, fined £120 and ordered to pay £150 costs.
