Ahead of its arrival, Mersey Ferries has submitted a licensing application to Wirral Council for the new vessel. The licensing application, seeks permission for alcohol to be served on the boat from 11am to 3am, seven days a week. The address given on the licensing application is Seacombe Ferry Terminal in Wirral, from where the ferries take passengers to and from the Liverpool Gerry Marsden Ferry Terminal at the Pier Head. The Discovery Café at Seacombe Ferry Terminal has recently reopened under new management.
