Diesel also hypes up Fast Forever, calling the script written by Mike Leslie “the best script I’ve read in decades.” Diesel has spent the past little while providing these updates on this franchise finale. The upcoming theatrical re-release of The Fast and the Furious is set to have a limited week-long window running from August 21st to the 27th. Fast Forever is currently scheduled to be released by Universal Pictures on March 17, 2028.
