The pledge was made at a gathering in Salisbury on Friday, July 24, bringing together members of the Wiltshire Faith Communities Network to strengthen relationships and set future priorities.
The network, established by Wiltshire Council in April 2020 to help coordinate the Covid-19 response, has since focused on challenges such as the cost of living, social isolation, activities for children and young people, and support for refugees.
Cllr Martin Smith, cabinet member from Wiltshire Council, said: "Faith communities make a valuable contribution across Wiltshire, supporting residents, bringing people together and responding to challenges in their local communities.
"This event was an opportunity to strengthen those relationships and look at where we can work together in the years ahead.
"The network will continue to focus on where faith communities, the council and other partners can work together to support residents."
