The actions of Jessica Simms have resulted in police having to waste time dealing with her on several occasions, said Kathryn Walters prosecuting.
When a police officer tried to arrest her during the latest incident, she kicked him more than four times.
They gave her a 12-month conditional discharge for wasting police time.
She also admitted assaulting a police officer on July 30 and breach of a conditional discharge imposed on June 15.
In addition to the 12-month conditional discharge, she was fined £50 for breaching the June conditional discharge, ordered to pay £50 compensation to the police officer, £85 prosecution costs and a £26 statutory surcharge.
