Thousands of visitors to the island were among the spectators soaking up the atmosphere along the Eagle Hall, St Michael stretch of the Grand Kadooment route. Hundreds of people lined the streets, dancing along and watching the bands parade to the lively music of this year’s Crop Over Festival. Several said they were having a grand time on the sidelines, describing it as an amazing experience.
