Police from the 110th Precinct and Transit District 20 are looking for a middle-aged man who allegedly assaulted a 7 train rider near the Mets-Willets Point subway station near Citi Field on the morning of Monday, July 27. The assailant ran off the train at the station and fled on foot on Roosevelt Avenue in an unknown direction. EMS transported the victim to New York-Presbyterian Queens Hospital, where he was listed in stable condition. He was last seen wearing a black polo shirt, tan camouflage cargo pants, a black baseball cap and carrying a black book bag. A reward of up to $3,500 is being offered for information that leads to his arrest and indictment.
