A housebuilder has launched action to scrap an agreement to pay Aberdeen City Council more than £100,000 towards roundabout improvements. Last December, plans to build 333 new homes at the former AECC site in Bridge of Don were rubber-stamped by the local authority. But before they begin work on the estate, they want to query some of the stipulations attached to the project. The condition about the roundabout upgrade cash stated this must be paid before any of the AECC homes are built.
