A Peterhead dad and churchgoer who tried to get two children to send him intimate images of themselves was caught out by paedophile hunters. The 41-year-old appeared at Peterhead Sheriff Court today, where he was sentenced to two charges of attempting to communicate indecently with children. When the decoy asked to move the chat to WhatsApp, Ware replied he could not in case his wife found out. He added that Ware has since rejoined his local church, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Mintlaw. Sentencing, Sheriff Robert McDonald told Ware that his actions could have caused “serious harm” to an actual child.
