A 35-year-old man has been charged with possession of a “bladed weapon” in the King Street area of Aberdeen. There were no reported injuries and the man was released on an undertaking. This is a signed promise to attend court on a given date and time, with certain conditions attached. ‘Officers received a report of a man in possession of a bladed weapon’A Police Scotland spokeswoman told The Press and Journal: “At around 7.50am on Sunday August 2, officers received a report of a man in possession of a bladed weapon on King Street, Aberdeen. “A 35-year-old man was arrested and charged in connection, and was released on an undertaking to appear at court at a later date.”
