Merseyside Police said officers had been working alongside Torus Housing to tackle ongoing issues linked to an address on Tarn Grove, Clinkham Wood. According to police, both the force and the housing association received numerous complaints about the property, with residents reporting behaviour that had a significant impact on the local community. Officers applied for a closure order at Liverpool, Knowsley and St Helens Magistrates' Court on Friday, July 31.
