Following a national search, the University of Florida has selected Dr. Brian Hoh as the next dean of the UF College of Medicine, effective Aug. 7.
In 2024, the UF College of Medicine honored him with its Outstanding Research Scientist Award in Clinical, Data, or Artificial Intelligence Science.
“We are fortunate to have Dr. Hoh, and I look forward to seeing our College of Medicine flourish under his leadership.”
Hoh also played a key role in establishing the UF Health Comprehensive Stroke Center and launching the UF Health Mobile Stroke Treatment Unit program, expanding access to emergency stroke care across Florida.
“For over 20 years, I have been privileged to be part of the UF College of Medicine community.
