After being named after President Ronald Reagan and recently expressing admiration for current U.S. President Donald Trump, could Cristiano Ronaldo Dos Santos Aveiro, arguably the world’s greatest Fútbol player, be interested in jumping into politics? During a 2025 visit to the White House, where he and his fianće Georgina Rodriguez spoke to President Trump, Ronaldo sounded like an aspiring politician. Whatever office Ronaldo runs for (if he runs for office) he would win. I personally can see President Ronaldo in the not-so-distant future. While I obviously didn’t reach the fútbol play heights Ronaldo achieved, the little kid inside of me still dreams of match day greatness.
