Thanks to the generous support of so many Ark Valley Voice readers, AVV has met the $2,600 donation challenge it received last week. When we reach that point, we’ll be at more than $14,000 toward our Christmas in July fund drive to raise $30,000 to support our journalists. As of this morning, we have received 95 100-percent tax-deductible donations during Christmas in July. We’re not at our $30,000 fund drive goal – but we are on our way to the halfway mark to help us fund fall newsroom work.
