The Chaffee Board of County Commissioners (BoCC) will meet in regular session at 9:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 4, in the Commissioner’s meeting room at 104 Crestone Ave, Salida. and an update on the Chaffee County Childcare Expansion program. The BoCC will hold a public hearing for a Conceptual Planned Development Plan known as the River Village Manufactured Home Park Conceptual Planned Development Plan, the applicant is the Chaffee Housing Trust (CHT). Convened as the Chaffee County Board of Equalization, it will consider the referee’s recommendations from Property Tax Hearings. Reconvened as the Chaffee County Board of County Commissioners, the BoCC will move into executive session, pursuant to C.R.S.
