Two bungling thieves were caught on CCTV faking a Liverpool accent and squabbling with each other in an armed raid – before apologising to the shopkeeper. But in a scene reminiscent of Guy Ritchie film Snatch, the two dozy robbers started bickering over who would carry the loot in a fake Liverpool accent. One ordered the other to put the stolen cash in his pocket, only to be met with a flat refusal. Bradley admitted robbery and possession of an imitation firearm, while Oakley pleaded guilty to robbery and possession of a knife. Both men were jailed for four years at Manchester Minshull Street Crown Court.
