A Greek NHS doctor who smirked as he showed a junior colleague an explicit video at a nurses' station has been suspended for six months.
At a tribunal held last month, Dr Dimitriadis protested he had been new to the UK and felt 'socially isolated', arguing that this was the reason he had 'failed to maintain appropriate boundaries'.
According to the tribunal's judgment, Dr Dimitriadis said he 'deeply regrets' causing her to feel that way and added it was 'never his intention to cause such distress'.
Dr Dimitriadis now works at a private gastroenterology clinic in Thessaloniki, Greece.
Dr Dimitriadis was contacted for comment.
