Mr. Bobby Scott Powell, 23, of Hartwell, GA, passed away Saturday, August 1, 2026, at Wellstar-Medical College of Georgia in Augusta GA. The family will receive friends Wednesday, August 5, 2026, from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell. Funeral Services for Mr. Bobby Powell will be Thursday, August 6, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the Sardis Baptist Church. Burial will be in the Sardis Baptist Church Cemetery. The Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell is assisting the family with all of the arrangements.
