Network services company Cello Group has acquired observability and digital resilience specialist GKC Consulting. This is the first major acquisition for Cello and will enable customers to engage with a single provider for their connectivity, security, visibility, and resilience needs, Cello managing director Andrew Allan told Reseller News. “The coming together of our two organisations gives us the opportunity to close the gap between ‘knowing and doing’. Together we provide deep observation and data expertise, combined with specialist network operations,” he said.
