Morning routines were very much on my mind this weekend as I prepared to rise at 4 a.m.
Forty-nine percent of participants said that their morning plays a “major” role in dictating how the rest of their day goes.
Similar to my morning routine, a typical morning for respondents includes teeth-brushing (65%), drinking water (60%), making fresh coffee or tea (51%), clearing the eyes (48%), scrolling through missed notifications (40%) and stretching (38%).
Seventy-two percent said they believed that their days would be better if they got the “perfect” amount of sleep.
As I write this blog on Sunday, I’m not sure I’ll be getting a “perfect” amount of sleep overnight.
