Families in Hale County have an opportunity to help students head back to school looking and feeling their best during the upcoming Fresh Start: Fresh Cuts event. Hosted by the Heritage of Hope Association, the event will provide free back-to-school haircuts for students in Pre-K through 12th grade on Monday, Aug. 3, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Hale County High School Auditorium. The event is open to all eligible students throughout Hale County and surrounding communities.
