(Dick) Elliott of Portsmouth, RI, 88, passed away peacefully on July 28, 2026. He was the son of Catherine (Danaher) and Robert Elliott, deceased. Upon leaving the USMC, Dick worked at Westinghouse, Pittsburgh, followed by a 25 year career at Raytheon in Portsmouth, RI. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Barnabas Church, Portsmouth, RI in September.
