It’s great to see Breckenridge taking a proactive approach with traffic patterns along Airport Road based on recent development there. Consideration might also be made for increased volume of tourist traffic that gets routed by navigational apps into local streets when Colorado Highway 9 is busy. This impacts locals by leaving them snagged in visitor traffic with no alternate options. In Frisco, we can anticipate this problem developing not only during construction of the Interstate 70 Exit 203 redesign, and also after completion. Silverthorne also has a history of overflow traffic being directed into residential areas.
