On Monday, Aug, 3, around 12:55 p.m., deputies responded to a report of person found in the water near Loch Raven Parkway, according to the sheriff’s office. The male was pronounced dead at the scene, the sheriff’s office stated in a press release. The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner will determine the cause of death.
