During Monday night’s regular monthly meeting, the Aldermen formally adopted an ordinance enacting the moratorium on second and final reading. No such data center land use applications have been filed with the city. “Now, therefore, be it ordained by the Board of Aldermen of the City of Smithville, Tennessee, as follows:Section 1. The Board of Aldermen reserves the right to extend this moratorium by ordinance amendment of additional time as reasonably required to complete the legislative process.
