Additionally, the filing lists Matt Conn as owed repayment on a shareholder loan totaling $70,922 and a royalty share of $13,748. Conn is also listed as the interim CEO on the filing and has signed off on the bankruptcy. Per the filing, Conn appears to have taken over since then and still holds a 40-percent stake in the studio. The Read Only Memories IP as well as MidBoss’ Gaming in Color documentary are both listed as assets without a stated value.
