Glorya Kaufman helped transform the Los Angeles performing arts landscape by channeling the immense wealth she and her late husband, Donald Bruce Kaufman, built through the Fortune 500 homebuilding company Kaufman & Broad (now KB Home). She later cemented her impact in 2012 by fully endowing the USC Glorya Kaufman School of Dance, followed by the opening of its International Dance Center in 2015. Now, the benefactor’s longtime estate in Beverly Hills is front and center. Rachelle Rosten and Kelly deLaat of Douglas Elliman share the listing, with all proceeds from the sale fittingly going to the Glorya Kaufman Foundation to support arts, education, and community institutions.
