Perth Glory have made their first signing of the A-League Women’s off-season and rounded out their foreign squad spots by signing New Zealand striker Maggie Jenkins on a one-year deal. Jenkins built an impressive resume in her native New Zealand, scoring freely during stops at Wellington United and national club champions Auckland United. Jenkins, who also enjoyed an impressive stint in Turkey with ALG Spor, is looking forward to her A-League Women’s debut after moving across the ditch to chase her dreams. “I’m really excited to be signing with Perth Glory for the season ahead,” she said. Glory Football Director Stan Lazaridis said Jenkins had the potential to enjoy a stellar debut season for the club.
