Water gushed into roadway from water main break in East VillageEAST VILLAGE (WABC) -- Water gushed from a broken water main in the East Village on Monday afternoon. Some residents and businesses are without water around First Avenue at East 14th Street. While they stopped water from surging out of the broken pipe, they also stopped water service to the east side of 1st Ave between 13th and 14th streets.
