WARREN -- Richard W. Realty, 78, passed away Friday, July 31, 2026, at Hospice House in Poland, Ohio. He was born May 9, 1948, in Youngstown, Ohio, the son of Ruth Wahlenmaier Realty and John J. Realty III. Richard was of the Protestant faith and was a veteran of the U.S. Army. Richard is survived by his two sons, Richard C. (Danielle) Realty of Boardman and Russel (Alisa) Realty of Greenville, Pa.; his daughter, Kelly (Chad Manchester) Lipka of Boardman; a brother, Robert J. (Lisa) Realty of Hubbard; a sister, Irene (Richard) Szanny of Hubbard; six grandchildren, Harley (Brian) Stanchin, Jackson Lipka, Adam Lipka, Caitlyn Realty, Chase Realty and Josiah Realty; and two nieces, Brittany Dobay and Breanna Realty.
