The government published the selling prices for residential units in new public housing buildings located in Zone A of the new reclamation area in yesterday’s Official Gazette. Prices range from MOP1.01 million to MOP2.07 million, depending on the unit’s size and location. The units are located in the buildings named Tong Veng, Tong Keong, Tong Man, Tong Tat and Tong Ip, which are situated on plots A1, A2, A3, A4 and A12 in Zone A. All the buildings include housing units of different types, ranging from one- to three-bedroom apartments, with prices varying primarily according to the number of rooms and the total floor area. Under the new Affordable Housing Law, housing units available for purchase through this tender must retain their affordable housing status and may only be sold back to the IH after purchase.
