A Brooklyn Center man faces several felony charges after he allegedly wandered into a south Minneapolis home and tried to rape a woman. Court records show 19-year-old Cordero Orlando Ratcliff Jr. is charged with one count of attempted first-degree criminal sexual conduct and two counts of first-degree burglary. A criminal complaint alleges that on Friday, Ratcliff entered the living room naked from the waist down while holding a Taser and a screwdriver. The victim told police the man attacked her with the Taser and then tried to sexually assault her, but she fought back. Ratcliff admitted that he “tried to rape” the woman and used the Taser on her back, neck and legs.
