The Minister of Works, David Umahi, has dismissed calls for his removal from office following the death of Mary Habila a female staff at his private residence. Reacting to the calls, Umahi said, “What surprised me was when people took the death of one of my best workers and started to play politics. But the President surprised all of them. Although investigations have commenced, the final outcome of the incidents surrounding Habila’s death is yet to be revealed. But the President surprised all of them.
