The ever-prolific Takashi Miike, who premiered Blazing Fists and Sham last year, is back this fall with a new take on Bad Lieutenant, following Abel Ferrara and Werner Herzog’s indelible features. Bad Lieutenant: Tokyo, starring Shun Oguri, Lily James, and Liv Morgan, will premiere at TIFF next month, and now NEON has debuted the first teaser.
