Brian Stokes, (22) of The Paddocks, Flitwick, Bedfordshire is charged with causing the death of Aimee Stokes by dangerous driving at Ballyconnell Road, Derrylin on December 23, 2024. He is also charged with dangerous driving causing grievous bodily injury to Damien Stokes on the same date and location. And he is charged with causing grievous bodily to Bernard Reilly by dangerous driving on the same date and location. A defence solicitor said the defendant was to be released on bail. A Prosecutor asked the court to adjourn the case until September 14 to fix a date for a PE.
