ROCHESTER, N.Y. — On Monday, around 7:10 p.m., Rochester police responded to Central Park, near 1st Street and Pennsylvania Avenue, for a reported stabbing. When officers got to the scene, they reported finding a group of people fighting in the street. Two female Rochester victims were “cut by unknown means” in the fight, according to police. Some of the people involved were stopped by a rental truck, police say, and both victims were later taken to Strong Memorial Hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. The investigation is ongoing, and police say no suspects are in custody.
