The division says a judge found probable cause to issue the warrant based on evidence. Authorities responded to a report of an unresponsive child, Mason Moulding, at a home on Cottage Drive Monday, July 27. Following an investigation, authorities arrested Williams and Moulding’s mother, 22-year-old Alexandrae Price, on first-degree criminal abuse (child 12 or under) charges. 51-year-old Tina Price was arrested and charged with first-degree criminal abuse, multiple counts of animal cruelty and two counts of knowingly neglecting a vulnerable adult.
