There is an update on the case involving 30-plus-year wrestler Charles ‘2 Cold Scorpio’ Scaggs. He pleaded guilty to second-degree assault and armed criminal action as part of the agreement that will prevent him from going to trial. Scaggs was initially charged with first-degree assault and armed criminal action in Kansas City, Missouri. Scaggs and the individual got into an altercation around 3 AM after Scaggs told him to put out a lit cigarette. The man told authorities that he thought his cigarette was out before he entered the building but later admitted that it may not have been out.
