St. Louis-based GFI Digital said Monday (Aug. 3) that it has acquired Lowell-based TDS IT, a provider of copiers, printers and managed technology services with an additional location in North Little Rock. According to a news release, GFI Digital has been expanding across the Midwest, and the acquisition of TDS IT strengthens GFI Digital’s presence in Arkansas and expands its portfolio of office technology and managed services throughout the region. “Joining GFI Digital is our call-up to the big leagues. We look forward to building on the success he has created and welcoming the TDS IT team to the GFI Digital family.” GFI Digital was founded in 1999 and provides office technology services such as copy/print, managed IT, business phone systems and managed intelligence provider services.
